AURUM is a structured leadership development initiative by Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association (MSIA) to accelerate female representation in Malaysia’s E&E and semiconductor industry. It aims to equip women with the skills, exposure, and networks necessary to advance from entry-level roles to Executive leadership . Malaysia's semiconductor sector is a key economic pillar but underutilizes female talent. Closing gender gaps will address talent shortages and boost innovation and competitiveness.
